API 12F STORAGE TANKS

American Equipment Manufacturing's American Tank manufactures quality tanks to meet or exceed the standards of API 12F.

​​

We apply the same high weld standards to our tank construction as we do our pressure vessels and have the capacity to build sizes up to 1000 BBL's..

​

Standard tanks are constructed of traceable SA-36 steel, but we also have expertise in stainless steel construction.

American Equipment Manufacturing API 12F style tanks can be supplied with accessories such as thief hatches, emergency venting valves and venting stack valves to customer requirements. Tanks can also be provided internally and externally coated with a large selection of different paint and coatings.

American Equipment Manufacturing can design and manufacture adjustable weir gun barrel tanks, skim tanks, pit tanks, flash tanks, or simply non-API storage tanks. Whatever you needs, we likely have a proven design that will work for your application and if not, our on-staff Drafting & Engineering team can design a solution specific to your needs.

TANK HEATERS

TANK HEATERS

American Equipment Manufactures tank heaters in stainless or carbon steel.

Our standard tank heaters are available in either a 6" or 8" firetube.

​

​

Standard tank heaters come equipped with full rigout & instrumentation including drip pot, PRV, low level shut-off, regulators, thermostat & temperature gauge.

In addition, we can provide BMS, pilot guard and coating options such as CORCHEM® upon request.

WALKWAYS

WALKWAYS & STAIRS

American Equipment Manufacturing’s steel stairs, catwalks, and landings are engineered, designed, and manufactured at or above industry standards.

 

 

We have full engineering available for custom single or multi-level catwalk and stair requirements in either painted carbon steel or galvanized materials.
