Specialty Tanks
Our specialty tanks are known for high performance solutions in the basins we've served. We design and manufacture adjustable weir gun barrel tanks, skim tanks, pit tanks, flash tanks, and non-API storage tanks. Our proven designs work for most applications, but our drafting and engineering team can also customize to your specific needs. We're happy to partner with you and build to your specifications as well. Our specialty tanks come with accessories like thief hatches, emergency venting valves, and venting stack valves. We also offer internal and external coatings with a wide selection of paints and coatings.
Tank Heaters
At American Equipment Manufacturing, we manufacture tank heaters in both stainless and carbon steel. Our standard tank heaters are available in either a 6" or 8" firetube. They come equipped with a full rigout and instrumentation, including a drip pot, PRV, low-level shut-off, regulators, thermostat, and temperature gauge. We also offer additional options such as a BMS, pilot guard, and coating options like CORCHEM® upon request.
Walkways and Stairs
American Equipment Manufacturing's steel stairs, catwalks, landings, crossovers, and tank accessories are engineered, designed, and manufactured to meet or exceed industry standards. We offer full engineering services for customized single or multi-level catwalk and stair requirements in either painted carbon steel or galvanized materials.
API 12F & API 650 Storage Tanks
We are a proud API member. American Tank, a division of American Equipment Manufacturing, produces high-quality tanks that meet or exceed API 12F and API 650 standards. We apply the same high weld standards to our tank construction as we do our pressure vessels, and we have the capacity to build sizes up to 1000 BBL's. Our standard tanks are constructed of traceable SA-36 steel, but we also have expertise in stainless steel construction. Additionally, we offer a variety of accessories such as thief hatches, double wall & double bottoms, emergency venting valves, and venting stack valves to meet your requirements. Our tanks can be provided both internally and externally coated with a wide selection of different paints and coatings.
