Our origins are founded in American Tank and Steel Corporation circa 1942, Olman Heath Company circa 1958 and, later US Enertek emerging finally as American Equipment Manufacturing, Inc.
American Tank And Steel Corporation began manufacturing tanks and production
equipment in the 1940's to the oil and gas industry out of Farmington, NM.
Their innovative designs for quality product included the American Universal
Production Unit, the Indirect Heater, the High Pressure Separator, the Flash
Chamber, the Emulsion Separator, the Thermo-Jet Heat Transfer System, and the Pent Roof Production Unit. In the mid 80's American Tank and Steel Corporation and Olman Heath Company merged to create US Enertek.
Founded in 1958 the Olman Heath Company
is well known for engineering and introducing
their patented production unit called the HLP. This revolutionary high - low pressure production unit became the industry standard throughout the western united states oil and gas basins. The Olman Heath product line grew to include dehydrators, heaters, treaters, separators, compressors, and tanks. These products were engineered for reliability and ruggedness and many units from the 1960's and 1970's can still be found operating out in the fields of New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah and Wyoming today. The Olman Heath Company eventually joined the American Equipment Manufacturing family and continues to be a well respected name in our industry.
With the addition of Rocky Mountain Tank the
American Equipment Manufacturing family of
companies have the knowledge and experience to provide the highest quality production equipment and tanks to meet all of your specific requirements in the field. Eventually this addition became our current "American Tank" subsidiary.
